How accurate is the transcription?
We use Whisper large-v3-turbo, which performs at the top of public benchmarks for English and most major languages. Accuracy on heavy accents, technical jargon, or background noise will vary — but you can fix any word inline in the editor.
Which languages do you support?
100+ languages, auto-detected. Including Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Turkish, Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean and more.
What file formats can I upload?
Audio: mp3, wav, m4a, aac, flac. Video: mp4, mov, webm. Video uploads are auto-converted to audio (the video is discarded to save your storage).
Can I record directly from my browser?
Yes — record from your microphone or capture audio from any browser tab (Zoom, Meet, podcast players). On the paid plan there's no length cap.
Does paste-link work for all video sites?
30+ sites supported: YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, Facebook, Bilibili, Twitter, Dailymotion and more. We fetch the existing subtitles directly. If a video has no captions, we'll ask you to upload the audio file instead.
What's an AI summary?
A short summary of your transcript, generated automatically when transcription completes. Includes a one-paragraph overview and bullet-point key points. You can regenerate any time.

Do you train AI models on my data?
No. Your audio, transcripts, and summaries are never used to train any model — ours or any vendor's. Files are stored only as long as you keep them.
Can I delete my data?
Yes — delete any file individually, or delete your entire account from the profile page. Account deletion has a 30-day grace period (so you can restore if you change your mind), then everything is permanently erased.
Where are my files stored?
In encrypted Cloudflare R2 storage. Audio files are processed via Replicate (for transcription) and Gemini (for summaries) and never stored beyond what you see in your library.
